  • The Chief Medical Director provides overall leadership for all clinical departments, ensuring safe, ethical, high-quality patient care. The CMD oversees clinical governance, regulatory compliance, staff performance, and aligns clinical operations with the hospital’s strategic objectives.
  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Lead and supervise all clinical departments.
  • Develop and enforce clinical governance frameworks, policies, and protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with national and international healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Oversee recruitment, credentialing, and performance evaluation of medical staff.
  • Promote continuous medical education, training, and mentorship.
  • Drive clinical quality improvement, patient safety, and risk-management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership to support strategic and operational goals.
  • Ensure adequate clinical resources, equipment, and staffing.
  • Monitor patient outcomes, morbidity, and mortality to improve quality of care.
  • Represent the hospital in professional, regulatory, and government forums.
  • Foster evidence-based practice, research, and innovation.
  • Champion ethical conduct, confidentiality, and patient-centered care.
  • *Key Requirements**
  • MBBS/MD or equivalent, with postgraduate specialization.
  • Minimum 15 years clinical experience, including 5+ years in leadership.
  • Valid Nigerian medical license.
  • Strong understanding of medical regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proven record in quality improvement and patient safety.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse clinical teams and stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹479,850.49 - ₹2,126,162.63 per year
