Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie – Continental, located in Hatod. The role involves preparing, cooking, and presenting continental dishes to uphold the restaurant's high-quality standards. Responsibilities include managing and training kitchen staff, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, collaborating with the head chef to refine recipes, and ensuring the timely delivery of dishes during service. The Chef De Partie will also monitor food inventory, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and contribute to menu development by suggesting innovative dishes and improvements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and presenting continental dishes with strong technical cooking skills
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Experience managing and training kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment
• Creativity and passion for innovation in culinary presentation and recipe development
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure efficient kitchen operations
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively
• Formal culinary training or a certificate/degree in culinary arts is highly desirable
• Prior experience in a similar role in a high-quality dining establishment preferred
