Customer Success Associate / Customer Support Executive

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Work Mode: Work From Office

Process Overview

● International BFSI Chat Process

● Handling customer queries via chat

● High-volume, fast-paced environment

Compensation & Shift

● Salary: Up to ₹31.5K CTC

● Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts

○ 5 Days Working | 2 Weekly Offs

○ Night Shifts Included

● Cab Facility: Available (Within Hiring Zone)

Eligibility Criteria

● Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate

● Experience: Minimum 6 months mandatory BFSI experience

● Typing Speed: Minimum 35 WPM

● Chat Handling: Ability to manage more than 2 concurrent chats

● Communication: Excellent English (Verbal & Written)

Key Responsibilities

● Handle customer queries via chat professionally and efficiently

● Manage multiple live chats simultaneously

● Provide accurate information related to financial products/services

● Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality compliance

● Meet defined KPIs and productivity metrics
