Role & responsibilities

• Promptly respond to incoming traveler inquiries on Instagram DMs with accurate and engaging information.
• Address queries regarding destinations, travel packages, pricing, and itineraries.
• Engage potential travelers in meaningful conversations to understand their preferences and travel needs.
• Identify serious leads by assessing customer intent, budget, and travel timeline.
• Provide useful travel tips and destination highlights to enhance engagement.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
• Stay updated on product/service changes and updates.
• Log all interactions, queries, and lead details into the CRM
