Job Title: Customer Service Executive - International Chat Process

Location: Mumbai ( Candidates only from Mumbai location will be considered)

Joining : Immediate Joiners are preferred

shift - 5 days working I 2 rotational week offs

Salary Package : 22k in hand fixed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle international customer chats/emails regarding queries, issues, and service requests.

  • Provide accurate information and effective resolutions within defined timelines.

  • Maintain call quality, compliance, and process guidelines.

  • Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.

  • Qualification:
  • Any Freshers Graduates/ Experienced candidates can apply
  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Prior experience in an international chat process is preferred; freshers with strong communication may apply.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts.
  • Both side cab facilities will be provided ( pickup and drop )
