Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Chat Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will cater to international clients, providing exceptional support through chat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing accurate information.
• Maintain a high standard of communication with excellent grammar and sentence structure.

Qualifications:

• Minimum educational requirement: 12th pass (Graduates preferred).
• Candidates must not be pursuing further studies.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to frame coherent and grammatically correct sentences.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chats simultaneously.
