Must-Have

- Fresher / up to 1 year of post-qualification experience
- Valuable English communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong drafting skills for legal submissions and professional correspondence with authorities

Subject Knowledgea. Under Advisory
- FEMA – Advisory, compliances, and litigation (including ODI, FDI, and compounding matters)
- Cross-border taxation advisory
- GST – compliances, refunds, audit, and litigation
- Working knowledge of Income-tax and related litigation matters
- Knowledge of allied laws such as EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax, etc.

b. Under Litigation
- Notices and Assessments – Handling departmental notices, preparing responses, and managing assessments under both direct and indirect tax laws
- Litigation Management – Assisting in tax litigation matters, including preparation of submissions and representation support before tax authorities and appellate forums
- Drafting – Drafting replies, appeals, legal submissions, and other tax-related documents
- Judicial Research – Familiarity with relevant case laws, tribunal rulings, and their practical application;
ability to extract and analyse key principles from judgments

Exposure
- Exposure to tax and regulatory compliance frameworks of foreign jurisdictions, including US, UK, Europe, and other international markets
- Basic understanding of cross-border transaction advisory, foreign remittance structures, withholding tax implications, and treaty-related matters
- Exposure to global compliance coordination, including working with overseas clients, consultants, and partner firms
- Understanding of international tax documentation, foreign entity compliances, payroll/payroll tax coordination, VAT / GST / indirect tax concepts in overseas jurisdictions, and related regulatory reporting
- Ability to work on assignments involving multi-jurisdictional tax and compliance issues and support clients with international business operations

Job Profile
- Providing Virtual CFO services to various clients
- Handling litigation matters, primarily under Indirect Tax and FEMA
- Managing cash flow, bookkeeping, management reporting, and process automation, with sound knowledge of GST and FEMA / regulatory laws
- Leadership and management of team members
- Working on a wide range of consulting and transactional advisory assignments in the areas of:
- Direct Taxes
- Indirect Taxes
- FEMA Regulations

Terms
- CTC- as per Industry Standard
- Weekly Off: Sunday
- Alternate Saturdays off
