This role involves overseeing the financial management of a group of companies while ensuring strong financial governance, compliance, and operational efficiency.
The position requires a professional who can manage complex financial structures, supervise accounting teams, and maintain accurate financial reporting across multiple organizations.
As part of the finance leadership function, you will be responsible for ensuring that all financial processes, statutory requirements, and reporting standards are consistently maintained across the group.
The role also involves working closely with senior management to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.
In addition to managing routine accounting and compliance activities, you will play a critical role in strengthening internal financial controls, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring transparency across financial operations.
This position requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee accounting and financial operations across multiple group entities to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting • Manage the preparation and finalization of financial statements, balance sheets, and related financial documentation • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable financial laws • Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities for audits, filings, and financial compliance activities • Supervise and guide accounting teams to ensure efficient financial operations and accurate reporting • Monitor financial performance across entities including working capital management and cost control • Strengthen financial controls and ensure adherence to internal financial policies and governance standards • Support leadership with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely completion of statutory and regulatory filings • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and operational efficiency across group companies What Makes You a Great Fit • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong expertise in financial accounting and taxation • 5–10 years of professional experience including at least 3 years in an industry or corporate finance role • Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, financial reporting standards, and statutory compliance • Experience managing accounting and finance operations for multiple entities or group companies • Proven ability to supervise and guide finance teams while maintaining high standards of financial accuracy • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing complex financial processes • Ability to collaborate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities • Strong communication skills to present financial insights to management and stakeholders • Capability to support strategic financial planning and decision-making processes Skills • Chartered Accountancy • Industrial Finance & Accounting
