The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing basic software, assisting users with system operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. This position is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on experience in field support, customer interaction, and practical IT service delivery.

Responsibilities Provide on-site support to end users for software and basic hardware-related issues.

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and basic IT peripherals.

Educate end users on system operations, safe usage practices, and basic troubleshooting steps.

Log all support requests in the ticketing system and update status regularly.

Coordinate with the internal support team for unresolved or escalated issues.

Ensure timely resolution of assigned tickets while maintaining service quality standards.

Skills Mandatory proficiency in Kannada (spoken and written)

Good communication skills and ability to patiently assist low-technical users.

Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to travel to client locations.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Basic understanding of desktop environments and common software applications.

Knowledge of mobile device support (Android/iOS).

Experience with ticketing tools and service management systems.
