Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Channel Development Manager based in Odisha, India. The Channel Development Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, designing and implementing channel strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the success of sales initiatives. The role also involves conducting market analysis, setting clear targets for channel performance, and providing guidance and training to partners to enhance their capabilities.

Qualifications
  • Experience in channel management, partner relationship management, and sales strategy implementation
  • Proficiency in business development, negotiation, and market research
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and evaluate partner performance effectively
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in the consumer goods, technology, or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Proficiency in local languages and understanding of the regional market would be advantageous
