Position Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Performance Coach to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate is a certified personal trainer who is technically strong, eager to learn, adaptable, and has a clear vision to grow in the health and wellness industry. Whether youre a fresher or have prior experience, if you are motivated and ready to make a difference, wed love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver personalised training programs for clients to improve strength, endurance, mobility, and overall performance
• Assess client fitness levels and progress, adjusting training plans as needed
• Motivate and educate clients, helping them stay on track with their health and fitness goals
• Stay updated with the latest fitness methodologies and integrate new techniques into training
• Collaborate with the team to create holistic wellness solutions
• Maintain accurate client records and progress reports
• Ensure safety and proper exercise techniques during sessions

Qualifications:

• Certified Personal Trainer from K11, IFSI, Prehab, or any equivalent recognized institute
• Fresher or experienced both are welcome
• Immediate joiner preferred

Ideal Candidate:

• Technically strong and knowledgeable about exercise science and programming
• Has a clear vision for personal and professional growth
• Eager to learn, open to feedback, and willing to adapt to new methods and tools
• Passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals
• Excellent communication and client management skills
