Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹55,000 per month

We’re expanding and looking for a Center Manager who can take full ownership of a preschool center — from admissions and operations to team leadership and parent engagement.

Role Overview

As a Center Manager, you will be the face and leader of the preschool. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, drive admissions, ensure academic excellence, and maintain high parent satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Admissions & Growth: Achieve enrollment targets through effective counseling, school visits, and community engagement.
• Operations Management: Ensure smooth daily functioning of the center — safety, cleanliness, staff scheduling, and compliance.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate teachers, coordinators, and support staff.
• Parent Relationship Management: Address parent queries, feedback, and build strong retention.
• Performance Tracking: Use Excel and CRM tools to manage leads, admissions data, and center reports.
• Marketing & Outreach: Partner with marketing teams to plan events, tie-ups, and visibility campaigns.

Who Should Apply

• 2–5 years of experience in preschool, school, or education management
• Backgrounds such as Center Head, School Coordinator, Admissions Counselor, or Branch Manager
• A graduate degree (preferred: Education, Management, or Psychology)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational ability and leadership qualities
• Comfort with Excel, CRM tools, and parent communication
