What You Will Do

You will run the centre and ensure admissions targets are met.

You will guide the counselling team, track enquiries, and make sure leads are converted into admissions.

You will also handle local marketing activities to bring more students to the centre

Key Work Areas

Admissions & Counselling

• Monitor daily enquiries and admission numbers
• Help counsellors close admissions when required
• Ensure every enquiry receives proper follow-up
• Track conversion from enquiry to admission

Centre Management

• Manage counsellors, marketing staff, and admin team
• Ensure classes and centre activities run smoothly
• Handle student or parent concerns when needed

Local Marketing

• Organize seminars, small events, and promotions
• Work with vendors for banners, hoardings, and pamphlets
• Build relationships with local schools and contacts to generate enquiries

Candidate Profile

• Experience in educatian on institute, training institute, travel, or immigration industry
• Experience handling admissions counselling or centre operations
• Comfortable managing a small team
• Able to track targets and improve admissions numbers
• Stable work history preferred

• Working: 6 days a week
• Timing: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
