• *Responsibilities and Duties**
- Designing and implementation of social media strategies with business goals.
- Coming up with ideas and creating campaigns which drive traffic and sale.
- Research, monitoring and analytics skills on campaigns, current trends and audiences.
- Grow our reach to audiences and improve engagement/conversion across all social media platforms.
- Repurpose and optimize paid campaigns for digital channels.
- Plan specific objectives and report on ROI weekly.
- Create, edit, publish and share content daily for engagement
- Collaborative attitude for other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service.
- Communication skills with followers, respond to queries promptly and monitor customer reviews.
- Brand awareness through promotions, competitions, quiz and giveaways.

• *Qualifications and Skills**

- Understanding of best practices for promotion/sharing of content through social media channels. Social experience for a B2C services company preferred.
- Experience using like MS Excel/ word, Google Analytics, MailChimp, social media analytics software.
- Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization is preferred but not necessary.
