Job Title: Category Performance Specialist

Location : Hyderabad

Work Mode : Semi Hybrid Mode (4days work from office) and (1 day work from home(either Monday or Wednesday or Friday)) in a week

Job Summary

This role encompasses three key pillars: leading product research & content trend analysis; managing projects and quality; optimizing existing content by addressing external requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Launch

• Conducted comprehensive market research & competitor analysis towards product listing, identifying key selling points and providing strategic guidance.
• Engage in product grooming and new product discussions to gain a thorough understanding of product positioning, features, and key selling points.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to assist internal teams (Design, Text and QA) in aligning content development efforts

2. Project Management

• Lead or support optimization projects focused on existing product listings, especially for Amazon.
• Collaborate with internal teams and cross-border stakeholders (buyers and sourcer) to ensure that listing improvements are data-informed and customer-focused.
• Act as POC or project specialist to push forward quality-focused tasks from Amazon and manage timelines.

3. Performance Improvement

• Acted as the central point of contact and project specialist for PD and internal teams.
• Coordinated the execution of compliance and enhancement tasks to meet platform standards and guidelines.
• Streamlined communication to resolve issues promptly, ensuring continuous improvement of product listings

4. Other work assigned from Content Manager; and Head of Commercial Ops & Services

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce, content strategy, or sales channel management.
• Strong familiarity with market behavior and Amazon content standards.
• Good analytical and communication skills to manage cross-team projects
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and proactive in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
