Job Overview

• Review and enrich the Curriculum for the Course through continuous evaluation, reviews and discussions with the learners and the educators.
• Actively participate in adding educators with deep understanding of their knowledge and skills. Give feedback to the Hiring team to enable better onboarding of educators.
• Develop and implement teacher development programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of music lessons delivered by the educators
• Conduct periodic academic audits and ensure adherence to the curriculum.
• Design an ever-evolving training program and train the faculty around the curriculum and teaching methods
• Mentor the faculty to maintain high teaching standards and take actions to deliver better quality of teaching to the leaners
• Monitor the performances of the learners and provide feedback and grooming to better their sessions
• Conduct sessions with the learners to clear doubts or handle issues that the learners face with the lessons

You should have

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in teaching, music education, or academic management in Western music and/ or Piano in a School / Music Academy / College
• IB School or Trinity Certification in Western Music
• Prior experience in training or mentoring music teachers is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for education and music with an eye for detail and quality..
