Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Launch and scale a brand-new category, driving strong user adoption and repeat behavior.
  • Own competitive and market research, turning insights into actionable growth experiments.
  • Develop the category strategy and value proposition, identifying differentiation opportunities in a competitive landscape.
  • Improve user journeys and funnels, collaborating closely with Product to remove friction and enhance conversion.
  • Drive user acquisition and category throughput, managing GMV and Average Ticket Size (ATS) targets.
  • Work daily with Marketing to build GTM strategies and communications, ensuring messaging resonates with the target audience.
  • Optimize app health and engagement, taking ownership of DAU and MAU for the category.
  • Uphold product quality and reputation, ensuring high CSAT scores and positive app ratings.

    Must-Have Qualifications
  • 3–6 years of high-impact experience in a Growth or Category role within fast-paced App-based businesses (Fintech, E-commerce, Q-commerce).
  • Strong business ownership, capable of working autonomously with minimal guidance.
  • Proven record of cross-functional collaboration with Product, Tech, and Marketing teams to achieve unified goals.
  • Excellent ability to communicate complex strategies clearly and persuasively to all stakeholders.
