Name of Position - Category Manager
Job Location : Hyderabad Corporate Office

This is an Omnichannel Category management role. We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic about building wellness categories in Apollo pharmacy (Online and offline)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing category overall growth and profitability
• Region specific Assortment & Availability planning for all locations
• Competitive benchmarking and market research to drive new assortment Initiatives
• Coordinate with merchandising teams to implement visibility solutions in stores and online
• Create store centric programs to educate/train front end teams to drive category penetration
• Engage with brands to plan buying and drive brand led growth Initiatives
• Create customer engagement programs to acquire/retain customers
• Work with cross functional teams to drive category goals and objectives

Qualifications

• Min 1-2 Years of e commerce/Retail category management experience
• Strong Analytical skills & ability to approach problems with data
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams
• BTech/MBA from Tier1 or Tier2 schools
