Role Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Casting Producer for a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The Casting Producer will be responsible for sourcing and managing talent for various projects, coordinating auditions, building strong relationships with diverse talent pools, and ensuring seamless communication between talent and production teams. Other responsibilities include collaborating with project stakeholders to identify casting requirements, providing input on casting strategies, and ensuring all deliverables meet timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Casting and identifying talent for diverse creative projects
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities, ensuring effective collaboration and client satisfaction
• Familiarity or expertise in Digital Media platforms and trends
• Experience and aptitude in Sales, especially in the entertainment or media industry, is an asset
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Mass Communication, Film, or related fields
• Prior experience in casting or a related role is highly desirable
