We are hiring for Billing Executive for a Retail Industry

Location : Chennai

BILLING OPERATIONS: Maintaining all billing operations and reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis, which includes Billing, Advance Collection, Due Collection, DC/GRN (Clients), Client Deliveries and logout etc.

CREDIT COLLECTION: Giving the client a report on daily basis; of their pending dues to the store and sending reminders to credit customers

SALES REPORT: DSR, WEEKLY, MONTHLY and all other immediate requirements, Consolidate Reports on weekly basis

STOCK TAKE INCHARGE: Stock Take on monthly basis with missing and excess stock reports.

Stock take Reports (Fortnight): Sending the consolidated stock take report to accounts. Updating missing stock. Sending the final stock take report to accounts. GST Invoice update.

SOFTWARE COORDINATION: All software related issues will be coordinated and sorted with the IT Team.

INTERNAL WORKS: Cash collection and deposit update, Cheque deposit, Card swiping, Cash, card and cheque tallying on daily basis. Handle customer queries/complaints regarding bills. Maintain the store KPI

Skill Sets :

Good working knowledge in both POS software and Microsoft excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
