Job Title:
Career Exploration In-Charge About the Company: Decoding Me is India’s first Career Exploration platform designed to empower school students to make informed career choices. By providing hands-on exposure to various careers through industry experts and self-exploration models, we ensure that students make career decisions independently, without the need for tests.

Key Responsibilities:
● Facilitation Classes: Each month is dedicated to 1 to 2 career types. Conduct hands-on career exploration classes as per the content guidelines provided by Decoding Me
● Personal Counseling: Conduct personalized counselling sessions for students and/or parents, tailoring advice to individual needs
● Industry Expert Engagement: Identify, onboard, and coordinate with industry experts to conduct 1 mentor session per month (Decoding Me will help with the operational process)
● Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the central point of communication between the school administration, students, parents, industry experts, and the Decoding Me leadership team

Time Commitment:
5-7 hours (weekly)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 5 – 7 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hinjewadi, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
