Job Title: Academic Career Counselor (Banking & Finance)

Role Objective

We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Academic Career Counselor to serve as the primary bridge between aspiring banking professionals and our specialized coaching programs. In this role, you will guide students through the complexities of banking competitive exams (IBPS, SBI, RBI, etc.), providing them with the strategic roadmap and confidence needed to pursue a career in the public and private banking sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Student Advisory & Mentorship: Conduct detailed one-on-one counseling sessions to understand students' academic backgrounds and career aspirations.
• Program Alignment: Expertly map our course offerings to the specific needs of the student, explaining the nuances of different exam patterns and selection processes.
• Lead Management: Drive the end-to-end enrollment process by managing inquiries via walk-ins, telephonic leads, and digital platforms.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on the latest notification changes, syllabus updates, and banking industry trends to provide accurate, real-time advice.
• Relationship Management: Act as a dedicated point of contact for enrolled students, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and managing post-enrollment queries.
• Performance Tracking: Maintain detailed records of student interactions and conversion metrics to contribute to the institute’s growth objectives.

Domain Knowledge

Basic understanding of the banking exam landscape (Prelims, Mains, Interviews).

Communication

Exceptional verbal and written command; ability to influence and inspire.
