Job Description

• Develop and implement business process workflows using the Camunda BPM platform
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Java code following industry best practices
• Manage version control and collaboration using Git
• Design and optimize MySQL database queries to support application requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
• Ensure seamless integration of Camunda workflows with other systems and services
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to enhance performance and reliability

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Java applications incorporating Camunda BPM workflows
• Maintain and enhance existing Camunda process models and Java services
• Manage the full software development lifecycle including planning, coding, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and project managers to align solutions with business goals
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and best practices
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives
• Document technical designs, processes, and deliverables for knowledge sharing
