We are looking for a Campus Partnerships & Sales Executive to drive offline adoption of Phiny across colleges in Hyderabad through partnerships with placement cells, student communities, and training departments.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and reach out to colleges, placement cells, and training departments across Hyderabad
  • Conduct in-person meetings and product demonstrations with college administrators and student groups
  • Build partnerships with colleges to onboard students onto the Phiny platform
  • Organize campus sessions, workshops, and demo events to introduce the product
  • Work closely with college placement teams to position Phiny as a career preparation tool for students
  • Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline from outreach to partnership closure
  • Track partnerships, student sign-ups, and adoption metrics across colleges
  • Provide feedback from colleges and students to improve the product and sales strategy

  • Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or campus partnerships
  • Comfortable with field sales and meeting institutions in person
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with the college ecosystem, placement cells, or training institutes is a plus
  • Highly self-driven with the ability to work independently
