Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, insight-driven Campaign Strategist & Content Writer who

can conceptualize high-impact marketing campaigns and translate strategy into

powerful, persuasive content.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, consumer psychology, brand

storytelling, and executional clarity. The ideal candidate understands audience

behavior, market positioning, and content architecture — and can convert business

objectives into cohesive, multi-platform campaign narratives.

1. Campaign Ideation & Strategic Innovation

● Conceptualize out-of-the-box, unconventional, and insight-led campaign ideas

that differentiate the brand in a competitive market.

● Create scalable “big idea” platforms that extend across digital, PR, experiential,

and internal communication channels.

● Identify cultural insights, market gaps, and consumer behavior trends to inform

creative direction.

● Build structured campaign frameworks including positioning, core hook,

messaging pillars, and rollout roadmap.

2. Content Architecture & Narrative Building

● Develop clear messaging hierarchies across the marketing funnel (Awareness →

Consideration → Conversion).

● Write high-impact content for social media campaigns, video scripts, brand films,

email marketing, ad copies and PR narratives and thought-leadership content.

3. Insight-Driven Thinking

● Identify consumer behavior trends, cultural moments, and market gaps to

inspire innovative campaign directions.

● Conduct competitor and category analysis to uncover whitespace opportunities.

● Use data and performance insights to refine messaging and creative direction.

● Collaborate with design, video, performance marketing, and leadership teams for

cohesive campaign deployment.

● Maintain strategic integrity from ideation to final execution.

4. Required Tools & Technical Proficiency

● Creative Collaboration: basic working knowledge of Figma, Adobe and Canva.

● AI & Research Support: ChatGPT or similar AI tools

● Campaign Management: Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

● Performance & Analytics: Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager.

● Project Management: Notion, Trello, Asana or equivalent.

Note: Advanced design expertise is not required; strategic thinking and content quality are

the core expectations.

5. Required Competencies

● Key Performance Indicator (KPI): Quality and originality of campaign concepts

● Strong conceptual and lateral thinking ability

● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

● Strategic campaign planning capability with presentation and articulation skills

● Understanding of consumer psychology and buying behaviour
