Job Title: Campaign Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, set up, configure, and execute performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
  • Continuously optimise campaigns for KPIs such as leads, conversions, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Manage end‑to‑end campaign lifecycle: planning, execution, optimisation, scaling, and reporting.
  • Implement and monitor pixel events, CAPI, tracking, and advanced audience structures.
  • Work extensively with dashboards, analytics, funnels, and attribution models to drive decisions.
  • Identify issues in underperforming campaigns and proactively troubleshoot, fix, and improve—not just report them.

  • Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong hands‑on expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram):
  • Advanced insights, pixel implementation, conversion API (CAPI), and audience structuring.
  • Solid experience in Google Ads, including:
  • Search, Display, Performance Max campaigns and GA4 integrations.
  • Exposure to DSP platforms / programmatic buying (preferred).
  • Ability to independently manage and scale multiple campaigns across platforms.
  • High level of comfort with numbers: data analysis, dashboards, attribution, and performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset with a focus on performance outcomes.
