We are a fast-growing digital-first agency running educational news channels – Instant Medical News & Instant Engineering News – and creating high-impact content for brands. Our work includes daily news updates, social media campaigns, YouTube content, and digital marketing strategies.

We are looking for a creative, hands-on videographer who can shoot and produce visually engaging content across platforms – from reels and short-form videos to news segments and brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot and edit high-quality videos for Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Handle photoshoots for news content, marketing campaigns, and product visuals.
• Create reels, short-form videos, and storytelling content for social media engagement.
• Operate cameras, lighting, microphones, and other studio equipment.
• Work on post-production tasks: color grading, sound mixing, adding graphics, subtitles, etc.
• Collaborate with the content team to understand creative briefs and project goals.
• Maintain organized video and photo assets for easy retrieval and reuse.
• Assist in studio setup, framing, and lighting arrangements for daily news shoots or brand shoots.
• Suggest creative ideas for new video formats, trends, and content strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a videographer ideally in a digital media or social media environment.
• Hands-on experience with DSLR / mirrorless cameras (Sony ZV-E10 or similar) and video accessories.
• Knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
• Ability to create engaging short-form content for Instagram, YouTube.
• Strong photography skills – framing, composition, lighting, and post-processing.
• Understanding of studio setups, lighting, and sound management.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and storytelling.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and basic animations is a plus.
• Flexible, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
