Adv. Abhay Agrawal & Associates is a growing tax litigation and advisory practice focusing on complex matters under the Income-tax Act, 1961, appearing before CIT(A), ITAT and High Courts.

We are inviting applications from high-potential candidates who wish to build a career in direct tax litigation and advisory.

Open Position

• Chartered Accountant (Qualified/Semi-Qualified / Article Completed)


• CA Interns / Articleship Students


• Law Interns (LLB / B.A. LL.B.)

Roles & Responsibilities

Selected candidates will work closely with the litigation team and gain exposure to:


• Income-tax litigation and appellate practice


• Drafting Statements of Facts, Grounds of Appeal, Written Submissions and Affidavits


• Preparing submissions for CIT(A), ITAT and faceless proceedings


• Research on judicial precedents and statutory provisions under the Income-tax Act


• Assistance in assessment, reassessment and penalty proceedings


• Preparing case notes, legal research and litigation strategy
