Job Title: Account Manager (CA Qualified)

Position Overview:

The Account Manager (CA Qualified) will oversee the company’s financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, manage audits, and provide financial insights for decision-making. The role requires strong analytical skills, deep accounting knowledge, and leadership in managing day-to-day financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall accounting process, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory laws and regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
• Coordinate and lead internal and external audits.
• Prepare MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Supervise accounting staff and ensure timely closure of books.
• Handle banking operations, fund management, and reconciliation.
• Review vendor and client accounts for accuracy and timely payments.
• Support management in financial planning and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards (IND AS).

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified.
• 2–5 years of post-qualification experience (preferably in manufacturing/export/trading sector).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP / Excel / financial tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
