  • Responsibilities :
  • Lead the design and deployment of BY Supply Chain Planning solutions to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Oversee the analysis of supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize performance.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members fostering a collaborative environment for problem-solving and innovation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system enhancements.
  • Drive the development and execution of project plans ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high levels of reliability and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of supply chain planning processes with other business functions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and best practices to support ongoing operations.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in supply chain planning.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities and ensure effective use of supply chain planning tools.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all aspects of supply chain planning and execution.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on project progress challenges and outcomes.
  • Contribute to the companys strategic goals by driving improvements in supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications -
  • Possess a strong background in BY Supply Chain Planning with proven experience in system implementation and optimization.
  • Demonstrate expertise in OrdertoCash AccountsReceivable processes enhancing the integration of supply chain solutions.
  • Hold a minimum of 7 years of experience in technical roles with a focus on supply chain planning and management.
  • Showcase excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead teams in a dynamic hybrid work environment.
  • Display effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present technical concepts clearly.
  • Have a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and driving innovation in supply chain processes.
