Job Description:
  • Liaise with the Transfer Agent and Administrator for transaction processing, fund reporting, and related operational activities.
  • Collaborate with Business, Transfer Agent, Administrator, IM to support new product and fund launches, including reviewing PPMs, application forms, and onboarding documents, establishing controls, and ensure smooth execution of processes.
  • Facilitate client onboarding with the Transfer Agent and coordinate with investors and distributors to address queries and ensure seamless integration.
  • Interact with prospective and existing distributors/investors across jurisdictions in compliance with fund passporting and placement agent as per IFSCA regulations.
  • Distributor onboarding, empanelment agreements, commission structures for new distributors, adhering to laws applicable for onboarding new distributors as per their jurisdiction.
  • Facilitating various requirements / reports / MIS from distributors / Internal / Regulator / Audits.
  • Coordinate with fund platforms for setting up DSP funds and ensure compliance with platform-specific requirements.
  • Responsible for day-to-day transaction processing and reporting in accordance with applicable IFSCA Operations policies, procedures, governing regulations.
  • Understanding retrocession and commission processing, reviewing structures, computation, payouts, etc. with Transfer Agent and Distributors
  • Managing distributor payouts, handling various brokerage requirements/data/reports/MIS from distributors / Internal teams
  • Co-ordination with TA, distributors, internal teams for handling queries / complaints.
  • Liase with Investment Managers, Directors for various approvals, Fund documentation
  • Projects/initiatives on system/process changes for efficient functioning of the operational processes

  • Knowledge required for the role:
  • Knowledge of Gift City Operations would be an added advantage.
  • Domain knowledge on Gift City operations, Transfer Agency with specific focus on operational aspects of Fund platforms, retrocessions, computation, payments

  • Skills required for the role:
  • Strong understanding of transfer agency operations, fund structures, and investor/distributor management
  • Logical Thinking, Positive Attitude
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a team in a global/international environment.
  • Having focused approach towards handling critical operational activities, process oriented.
  • Multi-tasking & able to meet deadlines
