Position Permanent Role Business Support Engineer

Experience – 10 to 12 Years

Location – Gurugram/Mumbai

Shift – 2pm – 11pm

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide L1 & L2 production support for business applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of problems and implement solutions.
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective communication throughout the issue resolution process.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues using various tools such as Salesforce Administration, Communication Skills, etc.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards in all aspects of work.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting with expertise in L1 Production Support.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Administration, including configuration management, data migration, and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
