Systra is hiring for the role of Business Support Coordinator!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:
  • Co-odinate/ assist in raising of the Client invoice/ collection etc. of all projects of the SYSTEMS BL in addition to supporting on record keeping of all BG, PII, submitted and received from our vendors.
  • Keeping track of vendor payments and invoices
  • Mange System BL/ project accounts
  • Takeup employee timesheet imputing
  • Support general administrative activities, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organising travel arrangements, preparing meeting minutes, coordinating office supply inventories, and assisting with events and workshop logistics.
  • Handle routine office correspondence, prepare and format reports and presentations, and facilitate communications between project teams, external partners, and clients and imputing timesheets of assigned employees.
  • Prepare PPT and assist the PMO in their day to day operations

  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounts/ Engg./ Science
  • Min. 1+ years of experience
  • Strong team player.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving capability.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Generating a collaborative culture and engaging a team.
  • Making assessments of compensation events – both the time and cost.
