As a Business Manager - Key Accounts - Enterprise Solutions at a Global Fintech and Technology MNC in Bangalore, your primary responsibility is to increase company revenue by managing merchant accounts to ensure the best discounts and redemption options are available. You will be part of the extended Leadership Team in India, owning end-to-end development of supply by managing merchants and offering redemption options to clients. Your role involves driving strategic initiatives for overall business growth, managing marquee clients, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to tailor-make business strategies. You will contribute to revenue growth from existing accounts, maintain wallet share, and explore upsell opportunities. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer payment journeys and optimize reward redemption options for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate profitable revenue from new business opportunities
- Develop a targeted approach to identifying prospects and building relationships
- Support the pitch process by leveraging customer insights and understanding client needs
- Sell services to clients with professional skills and develop strong relationships
- Demonstrate commercial acumen, relationship development, and self-motivation

Qualifications Required:
- 8-12 years of experience in sales and marketing within Fintech, SAAS, Payment solutions, or similar industries
- Strong relationship management and business acumen
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable in a matrix environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft products and fluent in English
- Experience in developing and optimizing merchant relationships
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs for strategic decision-making
