Business Intelligence Analyst for Quality

At Alstom, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Quality Methods & Tools Manager to ensure quality standards and drive tool evolutions based on end-user requirements. Your responsibilities will include managing Qlik Sense Applications, conducting monthly reporting and governance, monitoring and analyzing issues, enhancing applications, implementing new tools, and developing Business Intelligence Applications and data structures. You will also be responsible for maintaining data quality within company databases.

Key Responsibilities:
- User Management: Provide support and access to Qlik Sense application users, and host the Quality Key Users community.
- Monthly Reporting and Governance: Manage quality reporting indicators, ensure timely presentation of governance indicators on dashboards, and monitor data corrections.
- Issue Monitoring and Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of quality performance results to address critical issues.
- Application Enhancement and Tool Implementation: Continuously improve existing applications, ensure user-friendly experiences, and deploy new analytical tools.
- BI Application Development: Develop Business Intelligence Applications and data structures, analyze requirements, create prototypes, design data structures, develop solutions, and maintain data quality.

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in business intelligence or related field.
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Qlik Sense and Power Apps.
- Strong communication skills and commitment to continuous learning.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Proficient in BI development tools like Qlik Sense.
- Good understanding of databases, data models, Excel, SharePoint, and relational databases.
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft software.
- Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus).
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
