We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Information Analyst to serve as the primary curator of our corporate intelligence database. You won't just be entering data; you will be managing companies' digital identities.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality company profiles, vetting new submissions, and strategically linking "thought leadership" (articles, white papers, and reports) to the appropriate entities.

The ideal candidate has a "nose for business"—you understand industry trends can distinguish between a press release and a strategic insight, and take pride in data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Profile Curation: Create and update comprehensive company profiles, ensuring descriptions, leadership data, and industry categorizations are accurate.

Content Mapping: Monitor and link company-produced articles and thought leadership pieces to their respective profiles to showcase their expertise.

User Support: Act as the first point of contact for users submitting new companies, guiding categorization and data standards.

Quality Assurance: Audit the database regularly to remove duplicates, update defunct information, and ensure a "gold standard" of data integrity.

Business Research: Conduct independent research to fill gaps in company histories or service offerings using LinkedIn, news outlets, and corporate websites.

Qualifications & Skills

Business Literacy: You understand corporate structures (Subsidiaries vs. Parents) and can identify different business sectors (e.g., SaaS, FinTech, ESG).

Editorial Eye: Strong English writing and proofreading skills to ensure profiles and article summaries are professional and punchy.

Research Skills: Proficiency in navigating corporate registries, LinkedIn, and business news to find "the missing link."

Technical Comfort: Experience working within a CMS or database (Airtable, Notion, Salesforce, or custom SQL-based tools).

Attention to Detail: You’re the type of person who notices a typo in a company’s mission statement or an outdated logo immediately.

Salary Range: INR 40,000 – 50,000 per month.
