About The Role

We are looking for a high-ownership Business Head to lead and scale our recruitment business through a complete 360° model. This role combines revenue generation, client management, mandate execution, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate will own the full P&L of the recruitment vertical — driving business development while ensuring strong delivery execution.

Key Responsibilities1. Client & Revenue Leadership (Front-End Ownership)
  • Drive end-to-end business development activities
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Acquire new clients across target industries
  • Mine and expand existing client accounts
  • Lead client meetings, pitch proposals, and negotiate commercials
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business
  • Own revenue targets and growth strategy
  • Delivery & Execution (Back-End Ownership)
  • Work actively on mandates received from clients
  • Ensure timely and high-quality candidate delivery
  • Maintain strong closure ratios and TAT
  • Drive strategic hiring across mid to senior-level mandates
  • Maintain process excellence across sourcing, screening, and coordination
  • Team Leadership & Operations
  • Build, manage, and mentor a team of recruiters
  • Set performance KPIs and monitor team productivity
  • Ensure team revenue and delivery targets are achieved
  • Drive a performance-driven, ownership-based culture
  • Optimize hiring processes and improve efficiency

  • What We’re Looking For
  • 5–10 years of experience in recruitment / executive search
  • Proven track record in both business development and delivery
  • Experience managing a team of recruiters
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics (closure ratio, TAT, revenue per recruiter, etc.)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with P&L ownership attitude
  • Strong negotiation and client-facing skills
