Title: Business Finance & FP&A; Lead – Marketing Agency We are a 50+ member growth-focused marketing agency entering a rapid expansion phase. We are NOT looking for a traditional accountant. We are hiring a Business Finance qualified who can build financial visibility, track client-level profitability, forecast revenue, and protect cash flow in a service-driven business. If your experience is primarily compliance or manufacturing accounting, this role is not a fit. What This Role Will Own

• Build structured MIS and management reporting • Track client-level profitability and margin • Create 90-day rolling cash flow forecasts • Monitor receivables and working capital • Design cost allocation across departments • Support leadership in pricing and hiring decisions • Establish financial discipline during scale-up This role will evolve into a Finance Head / CFO role over the next 3–5 years as we scale organically. Must-Have Experience ✔ 5–9 years in a service-based business (Agency / IT Services / Consulting / Startup) ✔ Strong exposure to MIS & Management Reporting ✔ Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) ✔ Revenue forecasting & budgeting ✔ Cash flow planning ✔ Advanced Excel / financial modelling ✔ Comfortable reporting directly to founders
