About the Role

MARS Cosmetics is looking for a high-agency Business Excellence / Process Excellence Lead to build the operating backbone of the company. This role is for someone who can convert fast-growth complexity into clear, scalable systems.

You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve accountability, reduce execution leakages, and build repeatable processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, map, and improve critical business processes across sales, trade marketing, procurement, supply chain, finance, HR, and operations.
• Design and implement SOPs, SLAs, approval matrices, checklists, templates, and governance mechanisms.
• Drive better cross-functional coordination by improving handoffs, ownership clarity, and closure discipline.
• Build practical operating systems that reduce dependency on individuals, ad hoc follow-ups, and tribal knowledge.
• Track bottlenecks, delays, leakages, and process failures; drive root-cause-based improvements.
• Partner with MIS / data teams to create dashboards for process visibility, compliance, TAT, aging, and exception tracking.
• Support implementation of workflow tools, trackers, and automation aligned with business needs.
• Conduct process reviews and compliance checks to ensure discipline and continuous improvement.
• Build a culture of rigor, accountability, and execution excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10 years of experience in Business Excellence, Process Excellence, Operations Excellence, PMO, or similar roles.
• Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and build scalable systems.
• Hands-on experience in process mapping, SOP creation, workflow redesign, governance, and KPI tracking.
• Highly structured thinker with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working across teams and influencing stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Practical and execution-focused, not just framework or presentation driven.
• Prior experience in FMCG, consumer brands, retail, distribution-led businesses, or manufacturing environments is preferred.
