About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Outbound Sales Executive to help us acquire new clients for our Amazon advertising agency.

This role involves prospecting, cold outreach, conducting discovery calls, presenting our services, and closing deals with e-commerce brands and Amazon sellers.

You will be responsible for building a consistent pipeline of prospects and converting qualified leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

Identify and reach out to Amazon sellers and e-commerce brands

Conduct outbound outreach through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn

Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential clients

Sales Calls & Client Education

Conduct discovery calls via Google Meet / Zoom

Understand the client’s challenges related to Amazon advertising and growth

Present our agency services, case studies, and process

Lead Qualification

Evaluate whether the prospect is a good fit for our services

Coordinate with the internal team for Amazon Ads account audits

Closing & Follow-ups

Manage the sales pipeline and follow up with prospects

Address objections and finalize agreements

Convert qualified prospects into paying clients

Key Requirements

1–3 years of experience in B2B sales / outbound sales / business development

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Comfortable conducting video sales calls and presentations

Experience with cold calling or outbound outreach

Good to Have

Experience selling digital marketing services or SaaS

Understanding of Amazon seller ecosystem or e-commerce

Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and email prospecting

Performance Expectations

Daily Activities:

50–80 outreach touches (calls / emails / LinkedIn)

2–3 discovery calls with potential clients

Monthly Targets:

40+ discovery calls

8–12 qualified opportunities

Minimum 3 clients closed per month
