Employment Type: Full-time Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven success in the same business model to drive revenue growth by onboarding new clients. The ideal candidate must have independently closed high-value deals with a cumulative business closure of at least INR 10 Cr and possess strong relationship management and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities
Identify, target, and onboard new clients aligned with the company’s service offerings.
Drive end-to-end sales cycle management, including lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
Achieve assigned revenue targets through consistent business acquisition.
Build and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and commercial negotiations.
Collaborate with internal delivery, recruitment, and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and retention.
Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and closures using CRM and internal reporting tools.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

Eligibility & Experience
Experience: 4–5 years in Business Development / Client Acquisition.
Prior experience working in the same or similar business model is mandatory.
Demonstrated track record of closing business worth at least INR 10 Cr cumulatively.
Strong exposure to B2B sales, client onboarding, and key account management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office / Google Workspace.
