As a Business Development Manager, you will manage the complete sales cycle—from identifying new opportunities to closing deals—while ensuring long-term client satisfaction and sustainable revenue growth. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in enterprise sales environments and strategic selling.

💼 Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through effective planning
  • Identify and develop new corporate and enterprise accounts
  • Conduct product and solution presentations for prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Manage existing client accounts to ensure retention and business expansion
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and distributors for smooth sales operations
  • Handle customer interactions professionally and address client needs effectively
  • Promote a collaborative work culture with strong professional ethics
  • Support and motivate team members to achieve shared goals

  • 🎓 Educational Qualifications
  • MBA (Marketing) / MMS (Marketing)
  • BBA / BMS or equivalent qualification

  • 📌 Experience
  • 1 to 6 years
  • Fresh MBA/MMS candidates (2019–2022 pass-outs) with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
