Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on business builder to drive growth for our staffing and staff augmentation business .

This is a doer-first role , ideal for someone who enjoys building revenue from scratch, opening new enterprise accounts, and scaling staffing partnerships .

You will work closely with leadership to shape the go-to-market strategy, win enterprise clients, and build a strong pipeline of staffing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Client Acquisition
  • Drive new client acquisition for staffing and staff augmentation services
  • Identify opportunities across product companies, GCCs, startups, and IT services firms
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of hiring mandates

  • Strategic Relationship Building

    Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including:
  • Vendor Management Teams
  • Procurement Leaders
  • CHROs
  • HR Heads
  • Talent Acquisition Leaders

  • Position the organization as a preferred staffing partner for enterprise hiring needs.

    Vendor Programs & Account Entry
  • Lead vendor empanelment processes
  • Participate in MSP / VMS vendor programs
  • Navigate procurement cycles and enterprise vendor frameworks

  • Revenue Ownership
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure
  • Drive staffing revenue across contract hiring and staff augmentation
  • Expand existing accounts through repeat hiring mandates

  • Internal Collaboration
  • Work closely with the recruitment delivery team to ensure fulfillment
  • Translate client hiring requirements into clear hiring strategies

  • Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 8-17 years of experience in staffing sales or staff augmentation
  • Strong experience selling IT staffing or contract staffing solutions
  • Proven track record of opening enterprise accounts
  • Strong relationships with procurement, vendor management, and HR leadership
  • Comfortable operating in a high-ownership, builder environment
