We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and identifying new business opportunities within the US market. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth strategy and expanding our client base.

Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities within the US market.
  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract new clients and drive sales growth.
  • Utilize various lead generation tools, platforms, and techniques to generate high-quality leads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects through proactive communication and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet client needs.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, including lead generation activities, pipeline growth, and conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

  • Requirements
  • 6 months - 2 years of experience with IT Sales/business development lifecycle.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (Technical background like BTech/BE CS, IT or similar preferred)
  • Proven track record in lead generation and business development, preferably in the IT services industry.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation tools, platforms, and techniques like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Hunter.io, Apollo.io
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
