Business Development Executive / Manager – US Staffing (Night Shift)

Location: Secunderabad
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST (Night Shift)
Working Days: Monday–Friday | Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off
Interview Mode: Online Video Interview

Key Responsibilities:

• Business development for US Staffing & Recruitment services
• Cold calling and cold emailing to US clients
• Lead generation, client acquisition, and account management
• Selling IT & Non-IT staffing services to US market
• Requirement gathering and coordination with recruitment teams
• Contract negotiation, rate discussion, and deal closure
• Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA preferred (Marketing / HR / Business Management)

OR Any Post-Graduate degree with or without relevant experience

• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset
