Job Title: Business Development Associate – Industrial Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with industrial clients to understand operational challenges and application requirements.

Provide technical consultation and recommend optimal mechanical and electromechanical engineering solutions.

Support the sales team with pre-sales engineering expertise, product positioning, and solution design.

Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase application-specific value.

Respond proactively to client queries, offering practical and commercially viable recommendations.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and account growth.

Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business development within existing accounts.

Qualification & Skills:

BE/B.Tech (Mechanical / Instrumentation / Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronics), MBA preferred.

Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth by bridging technical solutions with client business needs in industrial markets.

Hands-on experience addressing customer queries and delivering application-focused solutions.

Working knowledge of Mechanical or Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering principles relevant to industrial products.

Strong communication and analytical skills to translate technical complexity into clear customer value.

Engineering degree or equivalent technical education preferred.

Prior exposure to industrial sales, solution consulting, or product support is a strong advantage.

Experience:

Fresher to 2–3 years.
