POSITION SUMMARY

We seek a skilled Business Development & Marketing Specialist to drive our online presence and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage our website, implement SEO strategies, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance our brand visibility and generate leads.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Market Research & Lead Generation
  • Build lists of suitable prospects and identify possible requirements
  • Identify decision makers in prospective client firms
  • Drive client acquisition campaigns and shortlist new sales opportunities
  • Work closely with leadership team

  • Social Media Marketing
  • Develop and execute social media strategy across all platforms
  • Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience
  • Monitor social media metrics and engagement
  • Manage social media calendar and scheduling

  • Digital Marketing Campaigns
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns
  • Design and manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media Ads)
  • Create and optimize landing pages
  • Track campaign performance and ROI
  • Provide regular performance reports and recommendations

  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics
  • Create comprehensive reports on marketing performance
  • Identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Make data-driven recommendations for strategy improvements

  • REQUIRED QUALITFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or related field
  • Understand and use of websiteaAnalytics
  • Experience with email marketing platforms
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
