  • About the Role:
  • This internship involves active participation in the institute’s sales and marketing activities.
  • The role includes generating leads, converting admissions, building brand presence on social media, and forming school partnerships.
  • Interns will work directly in market outreach and relationship building to drive growth for the institute.

  • Lead Generation & Sales:
  • Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, walk-ins, and school visits.
  • Counsel prospective students, explain courses, handle objections, and convert enquiries into admissions.
  • Follow up consistently with leads until a decision is made.
  • Maintain a daily lead tracker and share weekly admission reports.

  • Marketing & Brand Building:
  • Create and post content on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Film student testimonials, classroom videos, and result announcements.
  • Run WhatsApp and SMS campaigns for new batches and seasonal offers.
  • Manage and respond to DMs, comments, and online enquiries.

  • Outreach & Partnerships:
  • Visit schools and colleges to introduce Pinak Institute and distribute brochures.
  • Organise and present at career guidance seminars and webinars.
  • Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and local communities.
  • Represent the institute at education fairs and career events.

  • Digital Presence:
  • Manage the Google Business profile including photos, reviews, and updates.
  • Register and update the institute on platforms such as Justdial, Shiksha, UrbanPro, and Sulekha.
  • Post in local Facebook groups, Telegram communities, and college notice boards.

  • Market Research & Reporting:
  • Track competitor offerings, fees, and marketing campaigns.
  • Collect feedback from lost leads and identify gaps in current offerings.
  • Share weekly performance reports on leads, conversions, and social media growth.

  • Student Engagement:
  • Organise events such as result celebrations and felicitation ceremonies.
  • Collect student feedback and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Develop and manage a referral program to encourage word-of-mouth admissions.
