Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Associate based in Varanasi. The selected candidate will play a key role in strengthening Ashry’s digital brand presence while also building relationships with various organisations such as schools, colleges, offices etc to organize financial awareness workshops with a focus on mutual fund awareness and personal finance education.

The candidate will also be responsible for handling client follow up, queries and feedback, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and identifying business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and curate relevant content for social media on topics such as personal finance, business news, equity markets, mutual funds, commodities & other related topics;
  • Create and design brochures, pamphlets, and social media creatives in multiple formats, while managing and growing Ashry’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube etc;
  • Handle customer queries and manage interactions across LinkedIn, website, and other digital engagement channels;
  • Drive business development by onboarding schools, colleges, businesses, and other organizations for financial literacy workshops;
  • Prepare workshop presentations, business pitches, questionnaires, surveys, and other supporting communication materials.

  • Qualifications
  • Experience in social media or outreach;
  • Basic understanding of mutual funds, personal finance, or investor awareness initiatives;
  • Exceptional Communication and presentation skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders effectively;
  • Customer Service expertise to maintain and enhance client satisfaction and relationships;
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a team environment;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
