Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst with solid Workday HCM experience, particularly in Core HCM and Talent Management modules, to support business process analysis, requirement gathering, and functional design.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements from HR and business stakeholders
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and documentation (BRD/FRD)
- Support Workday Core HCM and Talent module enhancements
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Work with stakeholders and HRIS teams for system improvements
- Prepare documentation and change requests
